A real human shows up. Not a mythical being.
Carpet, tile, upholstery, rugs, flood damage — if it's on your floor or your furniture, we have a thing for that.
Pre-spray, mechanical agitation, hot water extraction — all included. More than most companies' "deep clean," which I noticed.
Learn MoreFor when your dog did something and you've been hoping nobody noticed. We get it out.
Learn MoreThe full four-step treatment for carpets that have seen some things. The Rotovac 360i is involved — it's impressive, honestly.
Learn MoreWater where it shouldn't be. We come fast, pull it out, and dry everything properly so mold doesn't become your next problem.
Learn MoreYou'd be amazed what comes out of grout lines. Actually, you might not want to know. Either way, we handle it.
Learn MoreArea rugs, orientals, whatever you've got. We treat them carefully. That seemed important to mention.
Learn MoreLeather cleaning and conditioning. It comes out looking really good. I'm always a little surprised, if I'm being honest.
Learn MoreSofas, chairs, fabric upholstery. The stuff you sit on every day and try not to think about too hard.
Learn MoreFor when you can't have wet carpet sitting around for hours. It dries fast. That's the whole thing.
Learn MoreMost carpet cleaners show up with a wand, do their thing, and head out. That's fine. We just do a few more things, and it turns out that matters quite a bit.
Before the machines touch anything, we apply a professional-grade neutral pH pre-spray that breaks down surface oils and trapped soil at the fiber level. By the time the truck-mount runs, the dirt is basically already on its way out. It's chemistry. We didn't invent it, but we use it.
Counter-rotating brushes work the pre-spray deep into the carpet fibers, lifting matted pile and pulling out hair, grit, and the kind of ground-in soil that a wand just glides right over. This is why our standard service gets results that other companies' "deep clean" doesn't. Not saying that to be mean. It's just what the brushes do.
It's truck-mounted, which matters more than it sounds. More heat, more suction, faster drying — and it flushes out everything the pre-spray and CRB loosened. When we're done, the carpet is actually clean. Not "surface-level fresh." Not "better than before." Clean.
People ask about the truck pretty often. The short answer: if it has anything to do with cleaning floors, it's in there. Carpet. Tile. Luxury vinyl. Upholstery. Flood gear. We don't make warehouse runs. We don't schedule second visits. Everything's on the truck because I got tired of not having what I needed, and here we are.

Standard Carpet CleaningHere's what it costs. We don't change the number when we get there.
Per room (100–200 sq ft average). Larger rooms priced accordingly.
Pre-spray, CRB agitation, truck-mounted extraction — all included. Most companies charge extra for some of that. We just do it. Not sure why they don't — it makes the cleaning work better.
Per room (100–200 sq ft average). Larger rooms priced accordingly.
For the carpets that have been through some things. Pet accidents, years of heavy traffic lanes, stains from the previous owners — this is the one.
Final price confirmed on arrival. We see the space in person before we start. It's usually right in line with the estimate. If anything changes, I'll tell you before I do anything — not after. That's our promise to Monument, Palmer Lake, and the entire Tri-Lakes community.
It's simpler than you'd expect. Which is good, because it should be.
Pick your service, pick a time, and you're done. Takes about a minute. Probably less. The booking system is very good — I can't take credit for that part.
We'll let you know we're on our way and when to expect us. We don't give you a four-hour window and show up at the end of it. That doesn't seem right.
We'll walk through everything, tell you what we're going to do, and get to it. People are usually surprised by what comes out of the carpet. Honestly, we still are sometimes.
You're back on it in a few hours. It smells clean — genuinely clean. That's the goal. We think that's what carpet is supposed to smell like.
Not marketing claims — these are the things customers actually say after every job.
Dog urine, old cat accidents, stains from the previous owners of the house — people call us after they've already decided the carpet needs replacing. A lot of the time it doesn't. That's a good day.
"Every room smells fresh and clean" shows up in reviews a lot, which is nice to read. No masking agents, no artificial scents. Just clean carpet. We think that's the right goal.
People mention the owner by name in reviews specifically, which is either a very good sign or a sign he talked too much while he was there. Probably a good sign. "Professional." "Punctual." "Sweet guy." Those are real reviews. We were a little surprised too.
"Price was much less than expected" comes up a lot. $46 a room for the standard clean, $75 for the restorative. No hidden fees discovered at checkout. What I tell you is what it costs.
We're based here — Palmer Lake, five minutes up the road. Not being dispatched from somewhere else. Our neighbors are our customers and we'd like to keep them happy, so that works out for everybody.
If you're not happy with the result, say so. I'll come back and make it right — no questions, no runaround. We're also fully licensed and insured, which I probably should have led with, but here we are.
Since 2020, Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning has been the go-to for carpet and floor restoration in Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Black Forest, Larkspur, and the mountain corridor communities. We started here and we plan to stay here, which is a slightly unusual thing to put on a website, but felt relevant.
We're not a franchise. No playbook, no call center, no surprises when we show up. We've spent years figuring out the specific things that make cleaning work better at altitude. Red silt tracking in from driveways. Pet urine that crystallizes in dry Colorado air. Getting dry times fast enough that stains don't wick back up through the fibers. These are real things. We know how to handle them.
We use commercial equipment — the Rotovac 360i, the CRB system — because we've learned it gets results that the basic setup doesn't. Not trying to impress anyone. The carpet just comes out better. Customers notice, and they call back. That's good enough for us.

This is Harry. He owns the place. He will not be at your appointment.

Straight Pricing: I tell you what it costs before I start. If anything changes once I'm there, I'll tell you — before I do anything, not after.
Actually On Time: We'll call ahead. We'll tell you when to expect us. We won't give you a four-hour window. That's just not how it should work.
Careful With Your Space: Corner guards, floor protection, shoe covers on every job. I leave your home cleaner than I found it, which seems like the minimum.
