Things people ask before booking. Answered honestly, which apparently is also unusual.
We get asked these a lot. Happy to answer them.
For most homes without pets, every 12-18 months is a reasonable baseline. But if you have dogs or cats, that changes significantly โ pet dander, hair, and accidents build up fast, and we typically recommend every 3-6 months depending on how many animals you have and how much they use the carpeted areas. High-traffic households with kids follow a similar pattern. When in doubt, if you can see it or smell it, it's time.
Not required. A lot of people let me in and go about their day โ that's completely fine. If you want to be there for the walk-through at the end, that's great too. Either way works for me.
Yes. Neutral pH pre-spray, no harsh chemicals, no residue left behind. Safe for kids and pets. Your home will smell clean when I leave โ not like a janitorial supply closet. That's the goal.
Most residential jobs run 1โ3 hours depending on what we're doing and how much square footage is involved. Commercial work takes longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate before we start โ not a number we made up to get you to book.
Standard clean is $46 per room (100โ200 sq ft). Restorative clean is $75 per room. I confirm the final price when I see the space in person โ it's usually right in line with the estimate. If something changes, I'll tell you before I start. No surprises at checkout.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due when the job's done and you're happy with it. That part's pretty simple.
Yes โ discounts for military, seniors, and first responders. Just mention it when you book. We appreciate you and we mean that. We thought about it.
We have a minimum service charge that varies by service type and location. Contact us for specific details about minimums in your area.
Typically 6โ12 hours for a standard clean โ often less. Truck-mounted extraction removes a lot more moisture than a portable unit, so drying is faster than you might expect. You can walk on it right away with clean socks or shoes.
Yes. Pet urine treatment is one of the things we do most often. The enzyme treatment neutralizes odors at the source rather than masking them. Severe or long-standing cases may need the full restorative process โ if you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you what we think.
Light stuff โ chairs, ottomans, small tables โ yes. Big stuff like beds, dressers, and entertainment centers we clean around. If you want to move something heavy before I arrive, that's great. If not, we'll work around it.
Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) uses hot water and powerful suction for deep cleaning. Low moisture encapsulation uses minimal water and special polymers, ideal for commercial settings needing quick dry times.
Unfortunately, carpet protector products containing PFAS chemicals have been banned in Colorado and can no longer be shipped to the state. However, our professional deep cleaning process combined with regular maintenance will keep your carpets looking great and extend their lifespan.
3โ5 days out is ideal. Same-day and emergency service is sometimes possible โ call or text and I'll tell you what I can do. Flood situations especially, don't wait on those.
We proudly serve Palmer Lake, Monument, Black Forest, Woodmoor, Gleneagle and surrounding communities. Call us to confirm service in your specific location.
Yes โ Saturday appointments available, and limited Sunday slots. Weekends fill up faster, so book ahead if you can. The online scheduler will show you what's open.
Life happens โ just give me 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule and we're good. Same-day cancellations may have a small fee, but I'm a reasonable person. Just reach out.
