By accessing and using the services of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial carpet cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Carpet cleaning and maintenance
• Tile and grout cleaning
• Upholstery cleaning
• Floor maintenance and restoration
• Specialized treatments (pet odor removal, stain treatment)

3. Service Areas

We provide services to the Colorado Springs, including Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Black Forest, Gleneagle, Northgate, and surrounding communities. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability
• We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule
• Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Free estimates are provided before service
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas or special treatments

6. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Permanent stains that cannot be removed
• Normal wear and tear following service
• Issues not reported within 48 hours

8. Liability and Insurance

Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. We maintain general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to carpets, furniture, or property
• Damage resulting from manufacturer defects
• Color loss or damage due to previous cleaning attempts or treatments
• Valuable items not secured before service

9. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the areas to be cleaned
• Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas
• Ensure safe access to the property
• Inform us of any special conditions or concerns
• Secure pets during service

10. Health and Safety

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. However, customers with specific health conditions or allergies should inform us before service. We follow all industry safety standards and best practices.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sasquatch Carpet Cleaning and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
