I own and manage several short term and long term rentals and Chuck is the only person I use. He's extremely thorough and isn't happy unless it's perfect. He won't over promise but always over delivers. Seriously, don't use anyone else.

I cannot thank Sasquatch enough! I was having such a hard time removing cat pee stains from my rental that previous tenants had left behind. I tried cleaning the carpet myself but was ultimately unsuccessful. Charles saved the carpet entirely — so much cheaper than replacing it.
